Description
To maintain the standard of hygiene, presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.

  • To have an in depth working knowledge of all front office procedures, including the computer system, switchboard, reservations ad housekeeping procedure.
  • To communicate effectively with all departments, managers and team members with accurate information.
  • To operate within guidelines of consumer and licensing legislation
  • To ensure the security of all forms of monies on the premises including the proper and honest use of all cash/till machines, petty cash floats, currency exchange and credit card machine
Previous experience desired but not essential.
