Senior Learning Support Practitioner

Salary:
£21,000 per annum (pro rata)

Hours:
Various hours, 37 weeks per year (term time only)

Location:
Hadlow Campus

We are looking to recruit three Senior Learning Support Practitioner to join our Additional Learning Support team at our Hadlow campus.

The Senior Learning Support Practitioner will work closely with specific curriculum areas monitoring support delivered to students who have Education, Health, and Care Plans or identified special educational needs and/or disabilities.

The Senior LSP willprovide an advisory, monitoring, and supportive role to LSPs and act as liaison between teaching staff, the ALS team, and students.

In this role you will also provide in-class support and deliver additional skills development sessions using a range of supportstrategies and resources to encourage and motivate students.
