The Talent Set are excited to be working with a wonderful humanitarian charity supporting them in their search for Digital Officer.
This is a 3-month contract role, hiring immediately.
The organisation offers a lovely flexible working pattern, with remote home-working and a the choice to either go into their London office weekly or monthly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead on planning, implementing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns (including social ads, display and PPC) across the charity, using testing strategies to gain insights and learning
- Optimise digital content and platforms
- Drive retention, acquisition and income online using data to assess performance of campaigns and advising on innovative ways to improve engagement and donor output.
- Work with Fundraising Team leads to create, plan, and advise on an extensive portfolio of new and existing digital fundraising projects and campaigns.
Person Specification:
- Experience using digital advertising platforms to manage paid campaigns across social, search and display
- Experience of digital optimisation including SEO and other CRO
- An understanding and ability to use digital analytic tools to shape campaign performance
- Strong understanding of paid social media marketing, including tracking pixels
- Able to analyse campaigns and provide comprehensive reports which set out recommendations for future improvements.
What's on offer:
This 3 contract role, with a salary of £34,000 pro rata.
This is a hybrid role with great flexibility going into their Central London office either weekly or monthly, the choice is yours.
