Gemini Accident Repair Centres are excited to announce that we will be opening our 36th bodyshop in Darlington We are looking for experienced car drivers who are passionate about safety, efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

ROLE TITLE:
Collection and Recovery Driver

REPORTING TO:
General Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles, dealing with customers in a professional manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.

MAIN TASKS

Carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork with the customer, ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and efficient manner.
To drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner taking into account the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with vehicles driven.
Ensure all documentation is correct when transferring vehicles.
Report any accidents, incidents to your Team Leader without delay.
Comply fully with health and safety legislation, e.g. driving whilst under the influence of sleepinducing medication, driving vehicles for which you are not insured or trained.
Maintain a high level of customer care/satisfaction.
To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment.
To be responsible for the collection of payments and receipts and to ensure the correct banking procedures are followed on return to the office.

TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE
The level and scope of technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed with your manager or team leader.

OTHER DUTIES

Due to the size and complexity of the establishments you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager to whom you have a reporting relationship.

All applicants MUST have a full, clean, UK Licence.

From £11.50 per hour
