We are looking for a
Senior HR Assistant to join our client in their HR Advisory team This is a permanent role, working remotely and can be based across the UK with travel to the office required only on occasion.

As the Senior HR Assistant you'll be working in a fast-paced environment providing day to day advisory support to employees, managers and partners across the company and managing ER cases end to end.

The primary function of this role is to provide professionaladvice and support on performance, conduct and sickness matters.

You will be part of a team which works closely with a wide range SME colleagues from the internal HR community to deliver a coordinated service to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting on performance management, disciplinaries and grievances, and exit interviews, managing cases in a timely and efficient manner
Supporting coaching and sharing knowledge with the team.
Participating in efforts to support and embed change across HR Services and the wider HR function
Ensuring all SAP related actions are completed accurately and in time for payroll deadlines
Effective utilisation of case management tools, keeping all records up to date and accurate

For this role you will need to have:

Commercial awareness and ER case management experience from either a professional services environment or a fast-paced demanding HR role
Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
Adaptability to change and ways of working.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
