Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Sales & Customer Service Executive for a well-established company based in Leatherhead with hybrid working.

This is a rarely available opportunity to work within a great team, providing a high level of customerservice to customers and order processing.


Specific responsibilities will include:


  • Inputting customer orders using the processing system.
  • Manage customer expectations on deliveries.
  • Processing customer complaints/ any failures in accordance with company procedures.
  • Dealing with logistics issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Maintaining the customer database ensuring all relevant information is accurate.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role.
  • Previous experience in order processing/ logistics.
  • Experience with Salesforce or SAP would be an advantage.
  • Strong communicator, team player, quick learner.
