Summary


The hours of work will be Monday and Friday, 8:45am-3:20 pm with an hour lunch break, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:45-12pm term time only.

Additional hours may be available on occasion. Please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English & Maths
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
Desirable Qualifications

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Teaching Assistant Level 2 Qualification
Essential Experience

  • Experience of working with or caring for children with SEND
  • Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age
  • Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
Desirable Experience

  • Experience of supporting pupils with SEND
  • Able to use sign language ideally Sign Along
