Taylor Roofs are recruiting for an Office Assistant/Call Handler preferably with some experience in office administration and busy call handling.

Confident call handling is key in this role, and you must be proficient in answering calls and dealing with all enquiries.

Call handling will be the main aspect of this role and you must be able to convey a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic telephone manner.

You will be a confident communicator and possess strong IT skills.

Taylor Roofs pride ourselves on providing a high standard of customer service and you should be able to provide an excellent service that meets our customer's expectations.

We have a full-time opportunity for someone, ideally with at least one years' experience working in a similar environment.

You will be required to carry out varied office tasks within our Bathgate office, including answering the telephone in an efficient and timely manner; updating client records on our software management system; updating and maintaining records on Excel and providing administration support to our management team as required.

Have at least one year administration and telephony experience.
Be confident in speaking to others and dealing with calls in a competent and professional manner.
Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
Excellent telephone manner.
Possess a keen eye for detail.
Have a strong customer service focus.
Be flexible, helpful and approachable.
Desired experience of working on Xero.
