Temporary contract/secondment opportunity until 31 December 2024 | £24,294 to £25,979 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week, will consider part time hours | County Hall, Norwich
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to support the delivery of a HR Transactions service that feed into employees' terms and conditions and pay.
You will handle day to day queries and provide advice and guidance on HR processes, working with customers, managers and other HR colleagues to identify solutions in line with policies to support best practice.
Activities will need to be prioritized and you will need to work accurately and delivered to defined standards and timescales.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of HR and payroll transactional processes and calculations working with specialised HR and Payroll IT systems.
Part time hours will be considered but you will need to be flexible with your working pattern due to the demands of the role.
Interviews will take place via video technology, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your working arrangements.
