About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established public sector organisation based in Runcorn.
With a team size exceeding 500 dedicated employees, they serve a large local community, focusing on providing quality public services and maintaining financial integrity.
- Manage the data entry process with high accuracy
- Ensure all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Maintaining the accounts inbox and responding to queries
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Assist in other financerelated tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Accounts Administrator should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Expertise in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
