Description

Staff365 are actively sourcing experienced semi-skilled machine operators from either an automated or FMCG background and ideally who have worked within a manufacturing or production environment.

£12.20 phr Days and Afternoons £13.50 nights (weekly rotation shift pattern) - Weekly Pay

There is a lot of overtime available paid at time and a half and double time

Key duties will include:

Being responsible for not only production levels and hitting targets but also liaising with maintenance to identify and rectify any common faults.

Safely operate and monitor production output from bespoke automated machinery.

Quality check finished products.

Record and report any issues.

Complete relevant production paperwork and enter information correctly using the company's bespoke system.

Hours Of Work:
Rotating Shift Patterns, Days (6am - 2pm) Afters (2pm - 10pm) and Nights (10pm - 6am, shift allowance for Nights)
