Are you an established Reward Manager looking for an opportunity where you can redesign what Reward means to a well-known organisation?

Have you always wanted a project focused Reward role?

I am currently working with a well-known organisation, to source a brand new position into their Reward structure. Long gone are the times of 'plodding' through a Reward offering, with talent more scarce than ever and the need to retain great people nowan absolute priority for all business', this matrix organisation is ready to bring someone in who can really help them make their compensation and benefits offering more attractive than ever

This role is not for those people wanting to just keep the wheel turning, this is a role for people who want to put their own stamp on a business and understand that Comp & Bens is constantly evolving and therefore a business' Reward package needs to continueto evolve to reflect that

Now, it's true, you can't change a matrix organisation's Reward offering overnight, you're going to need to prioritise. Initially, the main focus will need to fall to the compensation side of things.

I'm talking companywide benchmarking and pay structurereview a task that at this scale, really isn't for the faint hearted Once the foundations are laid, then comes the scope to get stuck into more creative ways to Reward employees through recognition and benefits.

  • Understand the nuisances and challenges of driving Reward strategies at a large, matrix business
  • Be able to build deep and meaningful relationships with stakeholders to have them truly brought into the Reward change program and help them drive it for you at departmental level
  • Have demonstrable experience conducting job evaluations and working with pay structure reviews for a matrix environment
  • Be comfortable setting the Reward strategy and rolling their sleeves up to deliver said strategy you will have support from a wider project team
  • Be able to approach Reward from both an analytical and human way. Having the ability to understand what current employees and future employees really want, and using the data to back it up to create a data driven business case for investment for change
Ok, I think that just about covers it.

So in summary super cool business that really want to invest in Reward and change and need a total warrior of a Reward Project Manager to get them to where they want to be.
