Hybrid, Home based and Travel to CDCs across the UK as required.


Introduction:


InHealth sees more than 4 million patients each year and diagnostic imaging is one of the busiest services that we provide.

Our fully integrated imaging services offer increased capacity for NHS trusts, and convenient, fast access to services for patients. Right now, we are looking to recruit a Spirometry Lead, also supporting Phlebotomy, to join the CDC team.


This is an exciting and dynamic new role, to support the continued growth and development of new and existing CDCs across InHealth, so this is a brilliant opportunity to bring fresh ideas to a new and growing team.

As you will be required to travel to CDCs across the country, you will be eligible for a company car or car allowance.


What you will do:


What you are responsible for:


  • Managing the recruitment process alongside the internal Talent acquisition team to build a skilled and dynamic team
  • Support with the training and development of the spirometry and Phlebotomy team
  • Ensuring the service delivers the highest standard of patient care whilst meeting customers' expectations.
  • Upholding the requirements of all regulatory standards, holding the position of CQC registered manager for your defined region, and surpassing allocated budgetary targets
  • Designing and delivering structured induction programmes with support from the wider team, including a review of the company's policies and procedures
  • Participating in and leading audits, delegating tasks to the team as required

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced clinical professional with a Spirometry/Respiratory background.
  • With a proven track record and credibility leading a multidisciplinary team, or a strong leader ready for the next step in their career.
  • Educated about CQC requirements, Health & Safety, Infection Control, the Data Protection Act and Caldicott Principles
  • Developed in organisational and time management skills, and able to prioritise conflicting demands
  • Able to turn strategic plans into actions and in turn successful results
  • Proven in the competency of verbal and written communication
  • Professional and cooperative in attitude even when under pressure
  • A holder of a valid UK Driving Licence and is flexible when it comes to travelling.
  • Relevanteducation and or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience in Spirometry
  • Competent knowledge of Phlebotomy an advantage
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Training path to develop staff members and support them to achieve professional qualification in Spirometry.
