Operations Manager

Brighouse
**£40K plus quarterly bonus, Company car/car allowance

Interviews to be held next week**To drive the Company's business strategy and profitability through the highest level of service provision and exceeding set internal and external KPIs, whilst driving the best possible levels of productivity and efficiency.

  • Develops the processes necessary to get things done, understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflows, knows what to measure and how to measure it, can simplify complex processes.
  • Develops people into successful functional teams, creates strong team spirit and common objectives, develops clear roles, responsibilities and fosters open dialogue, defines success in terms of the whole team.
  • Provides challenging objectives, holds regular development discussions, constructs, and executes comprehensive development plans for individuals and teams.
  • Creates a culture in which people want to do their best, can motivate direct reports and team or project members, empowers and involves employees.
  • Can be counted on to achieve or exceed KPIs/objectives; consistently a top performer; steadfastly pushes self and others
  • Effectively delegate to Operations Supervisor and wider team where necessary.
  • Able to effectively distinguish the difference between high priority work and 'everyday duties.
  • Accountability of developing own knowledge on processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining Health, Safety, Environmental compliance, and quality standards
  • Ensure allpolicies and procedures are adhered to
  • Attend customer meetings as required
  • Provide both training and development to all staff you are responsible for.
  • Identify potential areas for operational savings
  • Ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels agreed.
  • Ensuring contractual levels of service are achieved and all services are generating the correct revenue.
  • Report any trends and identify any ways of improving cost efficiency.
  • Attend monthly Finance Meeting, explaining, and evidencing the reasons for costs incurred
