The Extra Care Charitable Trust
are now recruiting
Care and Support Workers to join the well-established care team at Reeve Court in St Helen's for the
Relief Bank.

We deliver a
domiciliary care service under one roof so no more travelling

This is an exciting time to be joining Reeve Court as we take Independent Living for the over 55's to the next level.

You will be welcomed as a
Care and Support Worker into a fully supportive team, working in our independent living retirement village to deliver our in-house domiciliary care service to our residents.

Hours:
Relief (fully flexible around your exisiting commitments)

Salary:
£11.22 per hour

As a
Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and wellbeing of our residents
Encourage independence and selfbelief
Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

Ideally qualified at Level 2, or equivalent, or hold the Care certificate with relevant transferable experience
Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
Passionate about delivering a quality care service
Flexible with hours.

Reeve Court has 206 apartments and offers a whole range of communal social and leisure facilities in the village Centre which is open to residents, their families, and members of the wider local community.

Some of which include a village hall, library, bar and bistro, gym, hair and beauty salons.
