Reporting directly into the CEO, your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Overseeing the full financial management of portfolio of real estate investment companies and associated structures, to include:
  • Preparation of SPV and consolidated structure management and statutory accounts
  • Managing audits
  • Overseeing all tax matters: tax planning, CT compliance, Capital allowances and VAT
  • Working closely with Investor Relations team to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, track investment performance, and forecasts
  • Managing banking and lending relationships, including covenant reporting and assist with delivering new debt facilities
  • Transaction support including execution and accounting for acquisitions and sales
  • Management of qualified management accountant finance assistant and focus on developing
  • Contributing to a culture of continual improvement, including streamlining processes and improving outputs
  • Qualified accountant (ACA)
  • Significant experience in real estate accounting and reporting, and full financial and tax management of UK real estate SPVs
  • Strong Excel user and experience of real estate business management systems
