Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Senior HR Specialist who will be responsible for efficiently providing HR services.

The role entails a fixed-term commitment of six months, with a 60% hybrid work model that involves site visits, necessitating the use of a vehicle for travel.

The Senior HR Specialist is expected to possess expertise in ET1 and ET3 Tribunal processes, ensuring the methodical management of bundles and the efficient resolution of Employee Relations cases.

Integral to this pivotal HR role is experience in working with Trade Unions and a steadfast commitment to continuous personal development, with due consideration for part-time applicants.

Do you have?

Professional qualification, CIPD Level
Comprehensive knowledge of current case examples spanning various issues like redundancy, consultations, gross misconduct, safeguarding, and dismissals.
Work experience in a unionized, multisite environment.
Proficient in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing the ability to build robust relationships.
Demonstrated capability to deliver exceptional customer service, even in highpressure scenarios.
