Scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB, a registered charity founded in 2006) having campuses across the United Kingdom, is looking for an Admissions Officer for the Birmingham branch.
Taught programmes, ranging from Foundation Year through to Level 7, delivered in partnership with institutions such as Leeds Trinity University.
Over 5000 (UK and EU) learners have successfully completed their learning journey in the last five years with the current student population is over 3000.

Assistant Admission Manager
Main duties and responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role that combines admissions and related responsibilities and would suit someone either with or keen to gain a breadth of experience for future career development.
We have multiple course intakes, and this is an exciting role, requiring the post holder to perform sometimes complex administrative coordination in a time pressured and deadline-controlled environment in the preparation for each term's teaching.
- Providing professional advice, guidance on admissions and recruitment processes and procedures to potential students.
- Maintain and organise admissions tracking on spreadsheets.
- Arranging appointments and interviews for the progression of applicants.
- Representing the Scholars and being the first point of contact for prospective students
- Organise and maintain files and records and update admissions files when necessary.
- Update students records on CRM.
- Liaise with staff in other departments.
£21,674 plus performance based incentives
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Bachelor's degree.
