Sunfield Specialist School and Children's Home is located in the beautiful Clent Hills, West Midland and is part of the Ruskin Mill Trust providing innovative and experiential education, and supports young people years) with complex learning needs, including autism and PDA.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Staff Wellbeing Lead who will promote and support a positive working culture and whole school approach to mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Knowledge and experience of workplace mental health and wellbeing best practice.
Proven experience of managing and improving strategic employee wellbeing.
Experience of working in partnership with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues, managers and external partners.
Experience of managing sensitive issues and achieving positive outcomes by actively listening and providing advice and coaching.
Ability to recognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with firstlevel support and early intervention.
Ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
