They are a boutique finance recruitment firm focusing on front office staff within Investment Banking and Alternative Investment companies. Their clients range from some of the largest global companies to small startups

The founder is extremely influential who has worked in 4 different agencies with over 15 years' experience in both top executive and recruitment agencies.

They launched in 2016 and have a 28 headcount, with big growth plans this year, aiming to get boots on the ground in their NY office

18 months + experience of finance recruitment
Track record of consistent billings
