Description

Put your administration skills to use within a large public sector organisation. You will be working within a team to provide administration support as a minute taker.

In the role of Minute Taker/administrator your duties will include:

  • Minute taking
  • Administration duties including typing, data inputting and filing

To be successful in the role of Minute Taker/administrator you will need:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Minute taking
experience

  • High levels of emotional resilience
  • Great IT skills
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • To be organised with a good attention to details
  • Ability to use own initiative, work unsupervised and manage a highvolume workload


This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday, for a period of approximately 8-12 weeks.

With an hourly rate £11.38 plus holiday pay. The role will be hybrid working from Colwyn Bay and remotely.
