Description

We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent Practice in the Oxfordshire area.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor, you'll be required to work either Full or Part Time.

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

£40,000 Basic (pro-rata)
On Target Earnings of £55,000 £65,000 (prorata)
Car Allowance
Fantastic bonus scheme
Homebased working arrangement

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

Experience in Level 2 Surveys
VRS and mortgage valuation experience

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Secured lending mortgage valuations
Carrying out level 2 home buyer reports
