As a Youth Lead, you will be responsible for guiding youth workers and staff to deliver engaging activities and programs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking hands-on experience in the Youth and Community sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the youth workers and other staff in the delivery of activities and programmes for children and young people
  • Building and maintaining relationships with service users, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Engaging children and young people in activities and programmes designed to inspire, challenge, and support them
  • Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to young people as needed
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to participate in activities
  • Working collaboratively with other staff and partners to achieve project goals and objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Passion for supporting children and young people
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills
  • Handson experience working with children and young people in the Youth and Community Sector
  • Ability to engage and motivate young people to participate in activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problemsolving skills


This is a temporary opportunity to work during the Easter Half Term Holiday, and is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience working in the Youth and Community Sector.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 2 weeks


Salary:
£7.49-£11.15 per hour
