As a project administrator your role will be to prepare projects for issue, running with the project to conclusion within client's timescales and requirements.

Growing company based on the outskirts of Horsham looking for a Project Administrator to join their.


Description
The key responsibilities of a Project Administrator;

  • Receive briefings from colleagues to understand the scope of work allocated and the associated timescales
  • Prepare projects for issue including any relevant enclosures, monitoring throughout the life cycle of the project, recording and implementing actions on support documentation as required
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships, liaising with colleagues, clients, authorities and other business contacts to enable you to negotiate and collate responses, chase for information, follow up outstanding actions and file as appropriateusing the relevant internal systems and maintaining total customer satisfaction
  • Process incoming project correspondence in a timely manner computerised or manual
  • Proactively chase for responses and update the relevant project monitoring documentation.
  • Proactively answer calls received within the project team helping where possible or following up and offering advice/alternative contacts within the business if you are unable to assist
  • Compose all types of reports
  • Attend meetings with relevant staff to review progress/status and prioritisation of projects as requested.
  • Contribute to and operate at all times in accordance with company policy and systems
  • Flexibility to be able to reprioritise items of work and reorder workload at short notice.

Profile
The successful Project Administrator will have;

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of business personnel
  • A selfmotivated team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Comfortable asking for help when required
  • Ability to problem solve and come up with a range of solutions to problems
  • Detail orientated

Job Offer
£25,000 - £27,000
