Role Purpose


The Reward Lead reports into the Senior Director - Reward and HR Transformation, and is accountable for providing high quality technical compensation support and guidance to the business managers, HR and Finance.

This position will work alongside other members in the Reward function, HR leadership and the business to advise on key reward topics including base pay structure, short
- and long-term incentives (including sales compensation), and market benchmarking.


Main Responsibilities

  • Support and work with the Senior Director
  • Reward and HR Transformation to translate global reward strategies to regional reward strategy, programs and initiatives
  • Assist in managing the annual reward cycle, Sales Incentive Programs, and Company Bonus Plan
  • Support in rolling out the Adecco Group job architecture and career framework to ensure internal equity and provide an infrastructure for other reward programs
  • Manage the salary benchmarking survey to ensure GA is well aware of the current market
  • Develop market salary reference point to facilitate HR & business decision on pay related employee movements
  • Drive One General Assembly culture in aligning compensation and benefits policies and practices
  • Provide analytics for management decisions on reward areas
  • Work with US benefits administration team to benchmark and monitor the efficiency of our current programs
  • Support and educate Talent Acquisition for bespoke offers and salary benchmarks
  • Enable and educate managers toward a more efficient Performance and Reward management process
  • Be a source of expertise on all projects/initiatives with a reward, benefits, or recognition impact.
  • Undertake various Reward programs and participate in adhoc projects as nominated by the Reward leader

Requirements:


  • University degree in HRM/Social Science or equivalent
years HR generalist / C&B experience in sizeable companies, solid compensation and benefits global program experience

  • Proficient in MS Excel (there will be an MS Excel test)
  • Knowledge of employment laws will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with a strong numeric and analytical ability
  • Resourceful, multitasked, wellorganized and able to work independently
  • Certification in International Position Evaluation (IPE) or equivalent job evaluation frameworks will be an advantage

This remote position can only be performed from the UK.
