Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing a team of 3/4 planners/RLOs in a growing team
  • Ensuring integrity of system
  • Attending client team meetings
  • Supporting Operational and commercial colleagues
  • Accurately recording details into the inhouse system
  • Other general administration support

Requirements:


  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • Experience within the social housing or construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team lead skills
