This Residential Childrens Worker role will be based at various different homes in the Bedfordshire area, each of these homes supports a group of looked after young people.

Staff will be required to bond with the young people, familiarise themselves with each young persons individual needs and the best way to support the emotional and behavioural needs of the young person.

Engage with the residents on activities, ensure their safety and well being, write reports and implicate care plans.
