Description

This is a new post for a Clinical Psychologist to join the Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team in Dorset and work as a member of the multidisciplinary Early Supported Stroke Discharge.

As the postholder, you will have many exciting opportunities to set up the clinical psychology provision according to the needs of the patients and to develop clinical programmes.

It is envisaged that in this role you are supported by an Assistant Psychologist.

The role has been generated through the Integrated Care Board developing Stroke and Neurology services for patients in Dorset and a programme of recruitment.

This post will predominantly be with stroke patients in East Dorset. The role involves close collaborations with our colleagues in the University Hospitals Dorset.
