Happy Nest Nanny & Maternity Agency are a professional recruitment agency that connects families with qualified and experienced nannies.

We are currently looking for a part-time nanny to work with a lovely family in the fabulous suburb of Aigburth, close to Liverpool city centre.

The family consists of two parents who are both doctors, a 9-year-old girl who attends a local private school and loves gymnastics and musical theatre, and a 2-year-old boy who is energetic, affectionate and enjoys outdoor activities.

They would love to find a nanny who can engage and offer consistency to their busy schedules and would love to find a nanny who can take their son to swimming lessons or the local Forest school to encourage his love of the outdoors.

Hours
The nanny will be required to work three full days per week:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7.30am to 6.30pm.

Some flexibility around these hours may be needed occasionally, as the parents' schedules may vary. There may also be more hours available during the school holidays, depending on the family's needs.

Duties

The nanny will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for both children, following their routines, interests and needs.

The nanny will also perform standard childcare duties such as preparing meals, tidying up, doing laundry, running errands and driving the children to and from school and activities.

You will need to be a driver and have your own car.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a nanny or in a similar childcare role
A valid Enhanced DBS certificate
A Paediatric first aid certificate
A clean driving licence
Excellent references from previous employers
A passion for working with children and supporting their development
A friendly, reliable, trustworthy and proactive personality
A willingness to join the family as a team member and communicate effectively with them
A creative and enthusiastic approach to planning fun and educational activities for the children
