Care Support Worker - Isleworth

Are you looking to work as a Care Support Worker? Love supporting others? Live local in the Hounslow area?
If so, we are recruiting a Care Suport Worker to work within a fantastic college, local to Isleworth. The college are looking for someone to help support pupils aged 16 to 25 years. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday position 8:30 to 4pm.

Experience supporting pupils in a SEN Education or in Care is preferential.

The school uses a Positive Behaviour Support framework with the aim of improving and enhancing pupils' learing quality
The school aims to advocate for and deliver learning that is enjoyable, age appropriate, and individualised for all pupils

The Role:

As a Care Suport Worker you will need to support students with special needs on a 1:1 or in small group settings
Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
Work across different classes and have a positive attitude towards supporting children with their needs
Ensure the safety of pupils in & out of class as a Care Suport Worker
Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised

Requirements:

Available fulltime and Immediately:

Experience supporting children/vulnerable adults with SEN is preferential
Willingness to support SEN pupils as a Care Suport Worker
Either have Enhanced Child & Adult DBS or willing to get one processed
Live local to Islworth / Hounslow or within a commutable distance
