We have an exciting upcoming opportunity on Ward 4C.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Band 5 or 6 registered nurse with an interest in teaching and ward improvement for a Clinical Practice Educator role on Ward 4C, at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

The role consists of 30hrs Practice Educator and 7.5hrs Band 6 clinical hours.

Ward 4C is a busy general pediatric ward. We care for a wide variety of children presenting with acute illnesses e.g. sepsis, asthma, diabetes and also those presenting with mental health conditions e.g. eating disorders and mental health crisis.

All applicants must:

Have experience of supporting staff across the clinical setting.
Maintain own practice at an exemplary level and act as a resource for all levels of staff.
Maintain the environment of care to the highest standard.
Ensure all local, Trust and national standards and policies are adhered to.
You engage with the organisation Educational Agenda
Have experience in relation to looking after children with Mental Health conditions.
