We are expanding our team and are looking for a Transport Assistant to join our Transport team in Banbury.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining driver records, including regular licence checks, CPC, medicals
  • Management of payment of fines, parking tickets and accurate recording in database
  • Recording and checking fuel receipts versus transaction reports.
  • Admin of company vehicle changes and liaison with payroll to notify accordingly
  • Debriefing of drivers and checking paperwork is correct and in order
  • General office administration

Skills and Experience:


  • Administration experience/PC literate
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
