Marylebone Cricket Club (the Club) is the world's most active cricket club, custodian of the laws of cricket and is also the owner of Lord's Ground, affectionately known as the "Home of Cricket".


We are looking for Steward Supervisors to join our team and contribute to the safety and high-quality service we offer our Members.


The MCC and Lord's brands are renowned worldwide and are synonymous with excellence, prestige and providing an enjoyable customer experience, whether at an international cricket match with 31,000 spectators, or for Sunday afternoon tea in the Long Room.


Working as part of a world-class stewarding team, you will play a crucial role in the three pillars of event operations: safety, security, and service.


To be successful as a Steward Supervisor you will:

  • be warm and welcoming, calm under pressure and provide a first-class service to all those who enter the Ground
- have the confidence to direct the public, ensuring the safety and security of all staff, spectators, members, and players are never compromised, and ensure ground regulations are followed at all times
- act in line with the club's own standards and values: smart, attentive, and original

Our stewards are crucial to making an amazing first impression, creating an experience that goes beyond just 'service'.


We are looking for skilled Steward Supervisors that have the expertise and knowledge to lead a team in achieving operational excellence and first-class service.

  • The Hundred Fixtures (dates to be confirmed)


  • Friday 15th September

  • England v New Zealand (Men's One-Day International)

Essential Skills
Required Skills and Experience

Must hold a Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Spectator Safety or be able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience and must have prior supervisor experience within a Sports Ground or similar management experience

  • Skills and ability testing will form part of the selection process._
