Band 3 PMVA Assistant, 37.5 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months
North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a PMVA Assistant to support the Lead PMVA Trainer for a period of 12 months.
We provide Training and support to Staff across the Trust to maintain safety and improve quality of care to our patients that may from time to time display behaviours that challenge.
The post holder will be responsible to assist the PMVA Lead in the delivery, development and recording of de-escalation, clinical hold and PMVA training across the Trust.
The role sits within the corporate nursing structure with the responsibility for supporting staff in practice to ensure individuals and teams have the appropriate advice and guidance to resolve issues effectively and reduce incidences of violence and aggression.

Disclosure and Barring Service:
On 28 November 2020, the new Disclosure and Barring Service filtering rules will come into effect.

Standard Check:
£18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
Enhanced Check:
£38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
