Key technical experience required will include:

  • MS Active Directory, MS Window 10 & 1
  • MS O365 Administration and Support
  • Active Directory Administration
  • MDM / Mobile Device Management, Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Phone Support


  • Windows Servers 2016/201

  • LAN/WAN & LAN IP Addressing
  • Wi-Fi Network Administration
  • IP Telephony & VPN's
  • Helpdesk & Helpdesk Ticketing System experience
  • ERP Systems Support

Your "Day to Day" responsibilities will involve:

  • As part of a team of four, provide professional end user support of business systems and IT equipment, ranging from entry level support to more advanced support issues across the business (circa 100 users), with occasional travel to other sites as required
  • Administration pf Laptops, PCs, Servers, Tablets, Mobiles, Hand-Held and Network Devices, ensuring all prerequisite software is installed, fully operational and tested to technical standards
  • Monitor scheduled business system job queues and scheduled jobs.
  • React promptly to any issues, communicating with the business and escalating to suppliers as necessary
  • Monitor system backups and recovery as required by the business
  • Maintain software license inventories to assigned users
  • Maintain IT stock levels with starter and leaver hardware collection, and assist in maintaining IT asset and license registers, and deployment of new hardware
  • Assist in maintaining and creating technical documentation and procedures

Technology accreditations such asan IT BTEC, CompTIA, MCP,MCSA, MCSE are desirable but will not take precedence over solid and proven IT Infrastructure Support experience.
