Hours: 40hours/week. Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (8 hours per day, lunchtime excluded).

Equipment:
Every Marc & Partners' team member is provided with last generation business phone and laptop.

Expenses:
every job-related expense is fully refunded (e.g., travel expenses to visit the properties).

Performance-based reward system: every three months each employee has the possibility to discuss with the Manager their role.


This includes the possibility of a periodic salary increment and reassignment to a new role based on personal preferences and skills.

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays per annum


The objective of this role is to monitor all the necessary steps so that our landlords are promptly assisted and updated in regard to their properties.


In this role, you will learn how to enhance your customer service knowledge by providing excellent support to our clients.

Customer service is critical to our company's success in order to retain customers and provide more value to them.

Businesses that provide excellent customer service can recoup customer acquisition costs while also cultivating a loyal client base that refers customers and provides testimonials and reviews.

You will be the heart of our company.

You will take your first steps in customer service by:

  • Responding to landlord requests and questions as soon as possible
  • Thinking ahead and proposing solutions to problems
  • Keeping all landlords informed about their properties and the letting market
  • Managing statements and providing them to owners
  • Making deals with the owners
  • Assisting landlords with the refunding of deposits (e.g., deductions process)


The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

We are looking for someone who will be able to become a field expert after 6 months or less.

  • Fluent in English

Desirable skills (No-essential):

  • Previous experience in property
  • Property Management experience
