Role:
Client Support Supervisor


Our client is the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative commercial furniture and structures for the alfresco, hospitality and leisure industries.

Client Support Supervisor Benefits


Contract:
Full time, permanent


Salary: 25k to 30k DOE


Hours: 8am to 5pm - flexibility required


Location:
Killamarsh, S21


Holidays: 22 + stats

Client Support Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Managing correspondence between the sales team, customers

Produce quotations using the CRM system

Diary management and liaison with logistics

Maintaining and supporting the accounts held by the sales team and assisting in account management and administration using internal systems


Client Support Supervisor Criteria:

3+ year's experience in a similar support role


Strong IT Skills:
intermediate level of All Microsoft general office packages, Microsoft Navision and Sage

Career-focused, with strong desire to succeed

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

A quick learner

A structured and accurate working manner, especially with data inputting skills, excellent attention to details is a must

Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic; multi-tasker

Confident and professional communicator with clients and internal stakeholders

Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

A team player with good interpersonal and listening skills
