TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
My client is looking for 8 new hires across their 2023 Graduate intakes in June and August. They Recruit into Data, Financial Systems and SAAS, and are looking for intelligent, driven individuals to join an exciting chapter in their growth

LOCATION:
Holborn, City of London

SALARY:
£25K basic, OTE £40K year 1, £60K year 2, £85K year 3

TRAINING:

You will join a 12-week academy, ran by the Head of Learning and Development.

The first 4 weeks will be about learning the role of a Recruitment Consultant and will include classroom training as well as on-the-job.

The next 8 weeks are when you will really get stuck into the job, getting on the phones, and experiencing the day-to-day of a recruiter.

You will have weekly catch ups with your line manager and the Head of L&D during this training to track your progression and to ensure you are receiving as much support as you require.
