We're seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a wonderful school in East London.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll work closely with students to help them overcome behavioural challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities:

Work with students who are struggling with behavioural challenges to develop individualized support plans.
Provide oneonone support to students and work with them to develop positive coping strategies.
Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement behaviour management strategies in the classroom.

Monitor KS

KS5 student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Build positive relationships with students and families.
Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.

Job Requirements:

Proven successful experience working with or caring for children or young people with mental health challenges.
Patience and positive nature to support students with challenging behaviour.
Experience working with Challenging behaviour with strong behaviour management.
