The Role
We are looking for a Member Support Advisor to provide support to the general membership of PRS for Music, handling, investigating and resolving high volumes of member contacts and queries to agreed quality, productivity, adherence and availability standards


Responsibilities:

As our Member Support Advisor, some of your day to day duties will include.

  • Providing support to 3rd parties internally and externally to resolve queries
  • Undertaking training and keep uptodate information to provide the most accurate information to our members and colleagues.
  • Supporting the team leadership with the development of process to better service our members
  • Partaking in group days and feedback sessions to develop of process through technology and knowledge
The salary for this position is £26,000 per annum.

  • Experience working in a fastpaced targetdriven customer focused environment
  • GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Proficiency in working with various software platforms such as Microsoft Office including Excel, CRM systems.
  • The capability, desire and commitment to learn how to manage complex queries and develop skills to progress and grow within PRS for Music
  • Interest in the music industry

The Process

Our interview process for this role is simple:

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.


To ensure the health and safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
