Description
The role of the post holder is to support the Bed Services Team in the management and delivery of bed Services across both Community
and Hospital premises within the Aneurin Bevan catchment area.

The post holder will have responsibilities supporting the Clinical Assessors with duties such as call handling patient and clinical colleagues
relating to bed allocation into the community setting and arranging collections and general administration functions including processing
associated invoices and other functions as directed by the Clinical Assessors.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post holder will provide day to administration support to associated to the Bed service department.

The post holder will be required to undertake call handling patients and clinical staff assisting with the allocation of beds within both Acute
and community services. Support with processing invoices via oracle and supporting the nursing assessors.


The base of the post holder will be St Cadocs Hospital but may be occasions where work at other sites within the Health Board upon request (During site audit).
