Administration Assistant


ICTV Sales & Services Ltd, a Television & Video Repair Centre, are looking for an Customer Service administration assistant, to help us with our ever-increasing administrative needs.


What you'll be doing:


  • Data entry and updating databases
  • Making calls to customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering the phone

What you need:


  • Experience in an office administrative role
  • A good knowledge of computer Office software
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
This position is full time, working Monday - Friday


Salary:
Negotiable, according to skills, experience and qualities.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
