Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with our long standing Alloa based client to recruit a Part Time Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis, working circa 18-20 hours per week.
As the Part-Time Accounts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial information whilst working as a key part of the accounts team.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:- Processing financial transactions using financial software.
- Ensure the proper filing and organisation of financial documents.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
To be successful this role, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar role and are looking to secure a part time position between 18 to 22 hours.
