Ensure staff is working together harmoniously. Check staff grooming and attire, and address any issues. Interact with guests, colleagues, and departments to meet guest requirements. Handle special banquet event arrangements. Prepare banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper furniture/equipment setup. Check and maintain table arrangements for cleanliness, neatness, and compliance with standards. Record important details in the department logbook.

Support management in various employee-related tasks like hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating staff. Foster positive relationships with team members, and collaborate to achieve common goals. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and report any incidents promptly. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, respecting confidentiality and company assets. Greet and assist guests according to standards, anticipate their needs, and provide genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally, and handle telephone calls appropriately. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Perform various physical tasks as required.
