KB Trades are currently recruiting for a Permanent Site Operative for one of the UK's leading provider of construction site testing services.

Services include:
.Extensive soil testing

.Concrete testing

.

Bituminous materials testing and various other services including:
.Chemical analysis

.Site investigation

.Structural investigation

.Geotechnical consultancy and more

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to progress within the construction industry, with full training and development given and the opportunity for career progression.

Main duties will include:
.General labouring duties such as sweeping up, site clearance, loading skips.

.

Assisting trades operatives with soil surveys, which includes:
.Digging trial pits

.Create Boreholes

.Use CCTV for drainage surveys

.Making good/ reinstatement of surfaces once works have been completed.

.Ensure company van is kept stocked with necessary equipment.

You MUST have a valid CSCS card, PPE, Previous site experience and checkable references. You Must hold a full clean driving licence.

This is a great permanent role and is a great opportunity to progress within the construction industry.

Full training will be give and you will be closely guided and developed within the role by the team leader.

This is a site based role, based on projects throughout the south of England

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

Salary:
£23,250 - £29,250 dependant on experience.

Salary:
£23,250.00-£29,250.00 per year
