Monday to Friday - Office based

Experienced manufacturing Engineering Supervisor required for a niche market technical engineering company.

If you are a Engineering Supervisor with an engineering background / Senior Process Engineer looking to supervise a team (6) and be key part of in driving the continued success of the business then please forward your CV.

Key duties and responsibilities for the Engineering Supervisor:

Supervising a team of design engineers and process engineers, day to day
Working alongside the production / operations and quality teams
Creating the production packs
Continuous communication with customers and sales team relating to their designs
Process engineer design and development of products and new products
KPI management
Process review and improvements

Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor position:

Previous experience within a similar role ideally including supervising a team
Experience and qualifications within precision Engineering / mechanical Engineering
Design Engineer / production engineer / process engineer background
Proactive leader and supervisor
Engineering Degree / or relevant qualifications
