This is a hybrid role based in Horsham.

Position Summary:


Seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative III who is an authority in transactional excellence related to Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections.

This role will require master level knowledge and experience.

They will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as Customers, Commercial & Commercial Finance Team, Product Management, Accounting, Rebate Teams, Compliance & Audit.

The focus is on driving day to day collections activities to achieve collection efficiency, percent past due, DSO and bad debt goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prioritize activities for accounts in assigned portfolio to improve success in achieving team goals for DSO, percent current, percent >90, and any additional cascaded metrics
  • Compile and maintain accurate and complete accounts receivable records to include contacts, status of past due, and any disputes having been identified.
  • To investigate and promptly respond to client queries/disputes, either direct or via Project Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Log and record client disputes for monthly reporting within ERP systems and Excel
  • Report potential bad debt values
  • Attend client meetings for overdue invoices, maintain trackers and meeting minutes
  • Assisting in other areas of the Finance Department when required and provide holiday cover for other members of the department

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:


  • 2+ years of experience or Relevant working experience
