Audit Director RI
The role is for an Audit Director with a very real prospect of becoming a Partner within two years.

This is a brand new role in a brand new office to expand the firms presence in the Thames Valley region.

As a result you will play an integral role in the growth of this office as well as the firms offering in the Thames Valley area.

You won't be starting from scratch, in less than a year they have built up a portfolio of £1.5m.

You will be given a small portfolio to get started however there will be a large emphasis on business development to not only help expand the office but alsoso you can build up your own portfolio and work towards becoming a Partner.

This will offer you a great opportunity to target clients in areas that interest you and you will have the support of the regions Partner to help you with this.

There will be a lot of variety in this role, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the office, get involved with recruitment, and leading a team.

Requirements:

Hold RI status or be able to obtain it
ACA, ICAS or ACCA qualified
Experience of working with entrepreneurial OMBs and SMEs
Experience with AIM listed clients would be beneficial
Experience of (and a desire for) business development including targeting clients, preparation of proposal documents, proposal presentations, and attending networking events
Up to date working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
