Main duties will include:

  • Work with a marketing automation mindset, advising stakeholders across marketing, business development and the wider business to produce integrated campaigns, with messaging, user journeys and goals coordinated across the full marketing mix
  • Monitor campaign results and provide insightful reporting analysis to drive learning and improvement
  • Promote effective use of digital marketing and CRM tools to create meaningful experiences and deliver the right messages to the right audiences at the right time
  • Deliver marketing campaigns promoting content including demand generation content, insightful articles, deal announcements and fully automated event and webinar campaigns
  • Work closely with your digital and content team colleagues to ensure our briefing and production processes are efficient and effective.
  • Understand marketing more broadly and how digital fits into marketing
  • Know how to plan and create campaigns that speak to key audiences and support commercial goals
  • Plan and implement a digital strategy that feeds into the wider objectives of the Marketing department and the company as a whole
  • Work with the website team to optimise website landing pages for digital campaigns and build pages around lead generation forms
  • An enthusiastic team player who is able to work well on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Good IT skills

  • Microsoft Office
  • Able to prioritise time and workload
