Are you an enthusiastic and reliable tradesperson? Do you have a broad range of craftsmanship and practical skills? In this role, you will provide a comprehensive maintenance service throughout the organisation's properties.

Main Duties:

Preparing for and laying concrete for walls.
Preparing for and laying flags.
Erection of fences (wire/wooden/steel panel) including hanging gates.
Making gates to match vertical board fencing.
Repairs to foul and stormwater drainage.
Excavating and laying pipes, drainage, and sewers.
Building manholes/covers.
Repairs to gutters/downpipes/soil wastes.

Personal Attributes:

You must also have a full current driving licence or access to a form of transport which would enable you to carry out the required duties of this post.

Desirable Criteria:

Appropriate CSCS/CSR/SafePass Card Response maintenance experience B1 plus E/C1 plus E licence category.
Experience in plumbing, wet room installer/bathroom fitter, and adapting bathrooms to accessible wet rooms.

Remuneration and Conditions of Assignment:
- £11.18 per hour.

Fulltime, Temporaryongoing.
8.30am4.30pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am4pm Friday.
Basic Access NI Required at a cost of £1
